Stage 1 upgrade for the 2017-2019 L5P Duramax improves airflow between the turbo and engine for improved efficiency, throttle response, and turbo spool up. Eliminates weak points in the factory design that can lead to boost leaks or complete failures in hard working and high performance applications. - - Kit replaces the restricted 2-piece, resonator equipped, 2.5 in. diameter driver (Hot) side intercooler pipe and leak-prone 2-piece plastic / rubber passenger (Cold) side pipe with WCFab's heavy duty 3 in. diameter 1-piece Driver (Hot) Side and 3.5 in. diameter Passenger (Cold) Side L5P Intercooler Pipes. Made in the USA from high strength, heavy duty 14 ga. aluminum tube with smooth, aerodynamic mandrel bends for increased durability and optimized flow. - - 3 in. Driver Side pipe eliminates the OEM resonator and middle boot joint for improved flow and durability and includes high quality reinforced silicone boots and stainless t-bolt clamps for superior temperature resistance and boost pressure holding capabilities. - - 3.5" Passenger Side pipe features a CNC machined flange with a double o-ring seal and an upgraded silicone boot in order to withstand higher boost pressures than the factory components to increase reliability and eliminate blown factory boots and horsepower robbing boost leaks. - - Full assembly finished in your choice of WCFab's signature custom powder coat colors for a look as unique as your truck. - - Installs with basic hand tools. Compatible with stock trucks, no tuning required. Saves $25 vs. buying individually.

Domestic Shipping Policy

Shipment processing time

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Back order items are subject to special shipping times. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipping rates & delivery estimates

Standard Shipping is 2-5 days.

We offer free ground shipping for orders over $200 within the United States.

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

*Overnight delivery is only available for orders with delivery addresses within the continental United States.

Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses

RAV Performance​ ships to addresses within the U.S., U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Customs, Duties and Taxes

RAV Performance is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages

RAV Performance​ is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
