Domestic Shipping Policy
Shipment processing time
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Back order items are subject to special shipping times. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
Shipping rates & delivery estimates
Standard Shipping is 2-5 days.
We offer free ground shipping for orders over $500 within the Contiguous United States.
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
*Overnight delivery is only available for orders with delivery addresses within the contiguous United States.

Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses
RAV Performance ships to addresses within the U.S., U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.
Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Customs, Duties and Taxes
RAV Performance is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Damages
RAV Performance is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
Backorder Cancellation Policy
Backordered items may be canceled at any time; however, all cancellations are subject to a 5% fee based on the total order amount. This fee covers processing and transaction costs incurred at the time of purchase. By placing an order for a backordered item, you acknowledge and agree to this policy.
International Shipping Policy
We currently do offer international shipping within some countries. Please contact us by email or phone to place an order internationally.

Stock Status, Special Orders & Shipping Estimates
“Available to order” does not always mean physically in stock. Shopify may allow checkout for products that are out of stock but available as a special order or backorder. Those products are labeled “Out of stock. Special order. Contact for ETA.”
Before purchasing a product with that label, please contact RAV Performance to confirm current supplier availability and the estimated ship date. The buyer is responsible for reviewing the availability message shown on the product page before placing an order.
Any processing, shipment, transit, or delivery date is an estimate unless RAV Performance clearly states otherwise. Supplier availability, carrier delays, weather, holidays, customs, address corrections, and other events may affect timing. An order containing both stocked and special order products may ship separately when appropriate; any additional charge will be disclosed or approved before it is collected.
If we cannot ship within the time stated when the order was placed, or within the period required by applicable law when no time was stated, we will notify the customer of the delay and provide the legally required choice to consent to the delay or cancel the unshipped merchandise for a prompt refund. A cancellation or processing fee does not apply when a full refund is required by applicable law, including when the customer declines a qualifying shipping delay.
Please verify the complete shipping address, vehicle fitment, product options, and availability status before checkout. Contact us promptly if an order needs correction; changes may not be possible after fulfillment begins.
Shipping charges and available services are displayed at checkout when possible. Carrier transit estimates begin after the order ships, not when the order is placed. International customers are responsible for applicable duties, taxes, brokerage, and import requirements unless checkout expressly states otherwise.
Nothing in this policy limits rights or remedies that cannot be waived under applicable law.
