Honda Adapter #75980 is used in conjuction with the 72509 ball joint pressadn are used with the #67465 Honda Civic camber kit. You need these adapters to push the old bushing out of the stock arm adn also to install the new bushing included in the 67465 kit. California Residents WARNING
