Skyjacker has designed a dependable suspension that reinforces and strengthens your heavy-duty beautys capabilities. Raising the suspension clearance of your 3500HD, gives you room to run larger, more aggressive tires. Skyjacker's design will unleash exceptional performance with uncompromised strength. Increase ride height to run up to 35-inch tires. Exacting engineered CNC machined ductile iron replacement steering knuckles maintain proper steering geometry through the travel cycle. Knuckles preserve CV extension and prevent CV axle overextension within the OEM tolerances. Aligns to OEM specifications and works properly with Electric Stability Control (ESC) system. The pair of sturdy front and rear drop crossmembers provides a solid mounting point for the OEM lower control arms. A differential skid plate ties the two crossmembers together to create a rigid sub-frame and added protection for vital steering and driveline components. Two separate differential relocation brackets reposition and correct front CV axles and driveshaft angles. Skyjacker's torsion bar drop brackets reposition OEM torsion bar crossmember down to parallel the OEM lower control arm mounts. Torsion bar drop brackets are precision engineered to maintain proper suspension geometry. This system integrates smoothly and functions perfectly with OEM suspension. Includes everything necessary for a complete front and rear lift. This all-inclusive kit also has front bump stop brackets, front and rear brake lines, front sway bar links, cast ductile iron rear blocks with longer Grade 8 U-bolts and lock nuts. Front and rear damper capacity enhanced with M95 Monotube Shocks. M95 Shocks have specific valving and stroke for this application. The high-pressure nitrogen gas and IFP technology combine to deliver a rapid response. A rapid response to terrain provides consistent performance with superior handling.
