The REDARC DPS1240 is a 12V, 40A DC Power Supply that provides regulated power for sensitive load requirements, including lamps, radios, communications equipment, pumps, TVs, and more from a 12V automotive power system. The 40A DC Power Supply provides a wide input voltage range (9-32V) and optional voltage output for higher efficiency and improved functionality. Without a fan, the noise level is reduced and enables the unit to power hi-tech radio systems without interference. Encapsulated by REDARC's silicone elastomer, the 40A DC Power Supply can be mounted on the outside of the vehicle and used in marine situations. There is also a built-in protection against surges and spikes. Plus, the highly efficient design allows for easy installation.
