2008-09 Pontiac G8 GT 6.0L Headers. All tubes are CNC mandrel bent for optimal flow. Made from 304 stainless steel for maximum corrosion resistance. Starting with a CNC cut 3/8" thick flanges into 1-7/8" diameter primaries, Flow into 3" slip-fit collectors with a merge spike, then fitting onto a set of 3" high-flow catalytic converters then flows into a set of Performance connection leads with 3" outlets and 1/2" wire hangers welded on to fit into the same hanger locations. These leads connect to the Performance exhaust. All Header bolts, RTV, Dipstick spacer, Clamps and install instructions all included that are needed to complete the install. These are Mill finish, All TIG welded for strength and durability. These kits come with a lifetime warranty and proudly made in the USA.

Domestic Shipping Policy

Shipment processing time

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Back order items are subject to special shipping times. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipping rates & delivery estimates

Standard Shipping is 2-5 days.

We offer free ground shipping for orders over $200 within the United States.

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

*Overnight delivery is only available for orders with delivery addresses within the continental United States.

Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses

RAV Performance​ ships to addresses within the U.S., U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Customs, Duties and Taxes

RAV Performance is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages

RAV Performance​ is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
