Select 1-9 in SPORT mode and 1-9 in RACE mode, with '1' being the least aggressive program and '9' the most aggressive. The acceleration programs can be changed using the two arrow buttons on the top of the device. By selecting the desired acceleration program in each mode, the driver can fine-tune each mode per their driving style (e.g. select SPORT 9 & RACE 5). Sprint Booster modes and programs are transmission type specific for better function and performance. The driver can select the transmission type through a slide switch located on the right side of the device. The device will then automatically adjust the programs according the type of transmission selected. There are 36 programs in total (18 for manual transmissions and 18 for automatic transmissions). Valet mode limits the acceleration of the vehicle by 55%, 65%, or 75% (comes in three selectable levels). It is activated and deactivated with a three-digit PIN. By limiting the acceleration, there will be a significant reduction in the vehicle's performance. The Pedal Lock mode provides extra protection against unauthorized vehicle use. The driver can deactivate the acceleration ability of the vehicle through a 3 digit PIN. The menu for Valet and Pedal Lock mode is accessed when the vehicle is stationary and the Sprint Booster is off, by pressing the two arrow buttons simultaneously. In addition to increased throttle response for effortless downshifts and safer overtaking, there is also a noticeable improvement to the transmission’s shifts (on vehicle’s equipped with automatic transmissions).

Shipment processing time

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Back order items are subject to special shipping times. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Standard Shipping is 2-5 days.

We offer free ground shipping for orders over $200 within the United States.

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

*Overnight delivery is only available for orders with delivery addresses within the continental United States.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Customs, Duties and Taxes

RAV Performance is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages

RAV Performance​ is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
