WCFab CP3 Conversion Kit for 2011-2016 Chevrolet Silverado and GMC Sierra 2500 HD and 3500 HD trucks equipped with the LML 6.6L Duramax Turbo Diesel engine. The Factory CP4.2 Pump Found on 2011-2016 LML Duramax is known to be a problematic component. Even the slightest amount of fuel or water contamination can ruin the pumps internals leading to metal debris flushing throughout the entire fuel system. When these pumps fail it can lead to a repair job usually including all new injectors, fuel system sensors, fuel lines, and complete cleaning of the fuel tank and costing $8,000+. We set out to develop a solution for this issue and came to market with the first CP3 Conversion kit in 2013. This Made in USA kit combines our previous offerings into a single part number, providing improved compatibility with completely stock and lightly modified trucks, and provides an excellent value, 'no tuning required' solution when paired with a new Bosch OEM 'LBZ style' CP3 pump (sold separately). Kit includes: Black Anodized CNC Machined Billet CP3 Pump Mounting Plate, Precision Formed Pre-Bent CP3 to Fuel Rail High Pressure Fuel Lines for use With or Without OEM Filter Housing, CNC Machined Stainless Steel High Flow CP3 Feed & Return Fuel Fittings, Pre-Formed Feed & Return Fuel Lines for OEM-Like Fit and Finish, 9th Injector Fuel Lines & CNC Machined Black Anodized Billet Aluminum Fuel Distribution Block, FCA / MPROP Inlet Metering Valve Extension Harness, Low Pressure Fuel Feed Lines, & Installation Hardware. Domestic Shipping Policy

Shipment processing time

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Back order items are subject to special shipping times. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipping rates & delivery estimates

Standard Shipping is 2-5 days.

We offer free ground shipping for orders over $200 within the United States.

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

*Overnight delivery is only available for orders with delivery addresses within the continental United States.

Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses

RAV Performance​ ships to addresses within the U.S., U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Customs, Duties and Taxes

RAV Performance is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages

RAV Performance​ is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
