Full Dual Polished SUS304 Stainless Steel Piping w/Dual Titanium Tips (adjustable length), Includes H Pipe, Requires removal of emissions canister shield Application has been checked only with US SPEC vehicle, For other specifications, no information is available. Full Dual layout

Full independent layout of both right and left banks of V type engines. The full dual layout prevents performance drop due to the exhaust interference. It enhances performance at high rpm.

Balance pipe

The balance pipe controls exhaust gas pulsation for exhaust sound stability and increasing torque at low rpm.

The weight is reduced approximately by 13% 

The weight of the Full Dual Muffler is approximately 26kg which is a 13% reduction compared with the 30kg stock exhaust system.

SUS304 and titanium

The material of pipe and silencer is SUS304 with a titanium tip. This combination improves durability and appearance.

"JASMA" approved

About HKS muffler

1: About silencer shell type of Silent Hi-Power

  • TYPE-S/Oval silencer for noise reduction.
  • TYPE-H/Round silencer for performance.


2: Main material in the component figure.

  • SUS304/High quality stainless steel. 
  • SUH409/Stainless steel commonly used for stock exhaust.

 3: About center pipe

  • Diameter of center pipe is the portion that has the largest diameter. (Excluding silencer and tip.) It is the condition with stock suspension.


4: Minimum road clearance

  • Between HKS muffler (Any parts included in the kit) and road surface. Therefore, it may be different from the actual road clearance of the vehicle.

The data is basically the condition with stock suspension. However, please understand that some items have data with low down spring or ride height adjustable suspension kit.

Shipment processing time

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Back order items are subject to special shipping times. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipping rates & delivery estimates

Standard Shipping is 2-5 days.

We offer free ground shipping for orders over $200 within the United States.

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

*Overnight delivery is only available for orders with delivery addresses within the continental United States.

Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses

RAV Performance​ ships to addresses within the U.S., U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Customs, Duties and Taxes

RAV Performance is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages

RAV Performance​ is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
